Tiny Eco Homes UK Ltd builds custom, road-legal tiny houses for customers across the UK and Europe. Most of our projects are fully bespoke, shaped around how you plan to live, work, or travel. We supply standard ranges and one-off designs, with an architect on hand during the planning stage and direct advice from our Tiny House Master on weights, layouts, and towing limits.
Workshop builds take place at our Northumberland base. We also travel across the UK to construct tiny homes on site when a towable unit is not needed or where site access is restricted.

Most customers begin with a showroom visit, a stay in one of our fitted show homes, or a video call with our team. From there we outline floor plans, chassis options, insulation levels, and finishing choices to suit your budget and intended use.
Each build is quoted individually. Road-legal tiny houses on wheels are built on our custom trailer chassis. Static or on-site builds follow the same quality standards with layouts tailored to your plot and access requirements.
