Experience a night in one of our 20ft 1 bedroom Elegance Tiny homes.

Our rental Tiny House comes fully equipped with a:

• Full bathroom with shower cubicle and composting toilet.
• Fully equipped kitchen with equipment you need to make yourself at home.

On the upper mezzanine level which is acsessed via an oak staircase is a double bed, on the ground floor is a 3 seater sofa which can also turn into double or single bed and a dining table with seating for two.

The tiny house has access to free WiFi and is fitted with a smart connected TV.

Consultation with our Tiny House expert £55
Make the most of you trip and add a consultation with Tiny House expert Chris March who will spend up to two hours with you to discuss your project in detail with you and give you expert advice on how to make your tiny house dreams possible and the costs associated with your build. Chris will also discuss all the relevant planning and regulations and see if we can offer you any rental sites where you will be able to park and live in your Tiny house on wheels.

Workshop / Storage Visit £55
Add a visit to our workshop / storage location in County Durham where you will get to look around 4 different sizes and designs of homes. (Please check with us if you have any certain tiny homes that you would like to see during your visit before booking this option to avoid disappointment on the day as our stock changes on a monthly basis – this can be added to your notes during checkout). Booking a consultation option must be added to be able to book this option. On adding this option your visit will start at our Workshop / Storage depot in County Durham at 3pm from there you will then travel onto the rental location in Northumberland which is a 25 minute drive North.

Notes and things you need to know about your visit;

We operate from several locations throughout the North East, vewings and stays are strictly via appointment only which need to be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival, no options will be available to book or be added once your booking has been made.

Max guests 2 unless prior agreement has been approved by contacting Tiny Eco Homes before booking.

Our nearest train station is located in the village of Ridingmill, from there we are a 10 minute taxi drive.

It’s recommend that if you add the option to book a visit to our Workshop that driving there is essential due to the lack of public transport.
